Production Errors & Reprints
If any errors occur during our production process, we will reprint your job at no cost—using your original file. Simply contact us via email to receive return instructions and initiate the reprint.
Color Matching Policy
Due to the wide variation in printing technologies, color spaces, and calibration differences across display and printing devices, we cannot guarantee an exact color match to your online proof. However, if you provide a hard copy proof, we guarantee a match in accordance with our terms and conditions.
Exclusions from Our Guarantee
Please note that our guarantee does not cover the following:
- Copy errors in your submitted files.
- Low-resolution photography or graphics.
- Mechanical ghosting caused by the design or layout of the printed piece.
- Mechanical ghosting may also occur when heavy or dense ink coverage in one area affects the ink density in another area, creating unwanted faint images.
